Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange or return of goods is possible in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia, if the purchased product does not correspond to the description presented on the website or has manufacturing (factory) defects.

Exchange or return is carried out subject to the following conditions:

the product has not been used;
its original appearance, consumer properties, factory packaging, seals and labels (if any) are preserved;
a document confirming the purchase (invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase) is available.

The customer is required to inspect the goods at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery representative.
Claims regarding appearance, quantity or completeness made after acceptance of the goods may be rejected.

After the goods are handed over to the customer, responsibility for their storage and use passes to the customer, except in cases of hidden manufacturing defects.

Refunds are made using the same payment method in accordance with the procedure and time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
